We offer ready-made canvas artwork produced after an order is placed, custom canvas artwork created individually for the customer, and Digital Downloads. The available sizes, aspect ratios, and other options are shown on each product page.
We aim to represent every artwork accurately, but screens, device settings, room lighting, printing processes, and materials can affect how colors appear. Minor differences are normal. A significant printing error or a product that materially differs from its description or approved custom design is not treated as a normal color variation.
Estimated total times, including production and carrier transit, are 4–15 business days within the United States; 7–22 business days to Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom; 12–27 business days to Australia and New Zealand; and 12–37 business days to other international destinations. Custom design time, when applicable, is additional.
Yes, we ship to many international destinations. International shipping is not free; its cost depends on the destination and selected canvas size and is calculated at checkout. Availability also depends on the delivery address, production facility, and carrier restrictions.
Taxes may be included or calculated at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage, handling, or local carrier fees that are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Within the United States, applicable sales taxes and other mandatory charges may vary depending on the state, county, city, and shipping address. Include your order number, a description of the problem, photographs of the full product and affected area, and—if the package was damaged in transit—photographs of the packaging and shipping label. After review, the remedy may be a correction, replacement, full or partial refund, cancellation, or another resolution required by law.
Yes. Each physical canvas is printed, stretched, packaged, and prepared after the order is placed. Because production is individual, small differences in color, brightness, image placement, canvas tension, or edge cropping may occur.
No. Interior mockups are provided to help you imagine the artwork in a space, but they may not show exact scale. Always check the dimensions listed on the product page before ordering. Furniture, lighting, décor, and other objects shown in a mockup are not included unless expressly stated.

No. Some oversized stretched canvases—including selected 30" × 60", 40" × 60", 60" × 30", and 60" × 40" formats—are currently available only for delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and Spain. Checkout provides the most current confirmation for your address.
Except where a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, selected the wrong artwork, size, or variation, prefer a different color, or no longer want the product. Custom and clearly personalized products have additional return restrictions.
