Custom artwork can be created from a written idea, one or more photographs, style or color references, or a combination of them. We do more than apply a simple filter to a photograph: we can reinterpret an existing image in a chosen artistic direction or build an original scene based on your description and references. Requests may include people, pets, places, imagined scenes, meaningful details, personalized text, or another original concept, subject to legal and technical feasibility.
Often, yes. An old, damaged, or low-quality photograph may still be used as a reference for a new custom artwork. The result depends on how much useful visual information remains in the image and what you would like us to create.
We may ask for additional photographs, suggest another composition, or explain which details cannot be reproduced accurately. This service does not include photographic restoration or retouching intended to turn the original photograph into a repaired, like-new version.
You may request up to five individual changes to your custom artwork before final approval. An individual change may adjust colors, details, placement, atmosphere, or another element within the original concept and the information provided with the order. An individual change cannot completely replace the original idea, subject, or concept.
We may also suggest adjustments or creative options that we believe could improve the final artwork. Any such suggestions will be discussed with you before they are applied.
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all physical canvas orders within the United States.
Taxes may be included or calculated at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage, handling, or local carrier fees that are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Within the United States, applicable sales taxes and other mandatory charges may vary depending on the state, county, city, and shipping address. Any mandatory taxes or fees not included in the order price or collected at checkout must be paid separately by the customer.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, photographs of the full product and affected area, and—if the package was damaged in transit—photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
