Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Window: You may request a return or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your artwork, or if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: Please contact us at info@artnovel.studio with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the artwork (and packaging/shipping label if damaged) to initiate the process. We will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs:

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, we will cover all costs associated with the return shipping (if the item needs to be returned) and the shipping of a replacement. Alternatively, we may offer a full refund.

For Other Returns (e.g., Change of Mind/Preference): If you wish to return an artwork because it wasn't what you expected or you've changed your mind (and the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect), you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, free from damage, and if possible, in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Refunds & Replacements Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required), we will process your request.

For approved returns due to customer preference, a refund for the item's price will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs you incurred.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost to you or a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Artwork(s) We take great care in packaging your artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, is defective, or is not the item you ordered:

Please email us at info@artnovel.studio within 21 days of delivery.

Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged/incorrect artwork, and the packaging (including the shipping label).

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or offer a full refund. We will advise if the damaged/incorrect item needs to be returned and will provide a prepaid shipping label if it does.
Cancellation & Modification Policy

24-Hour Flexibility: You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional charge.

Modifications After 24 Hours: A fee of 10% of the order value applies for adjustments made after 24 hours of placing the order but before it has been shipped. Once an item has shipped, the Returns & Exchanges policy applies.
Non-Returnable Items Custom size orders and orders submitted through our "Personalized Gifts" portal are specifically made for you and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there are issues with such items, please contact us at info@artnovel.studio with photos and a summary of the issue, and we will work with you on a resolution, such as a replacement upon verification.
Important Considerations

Correct Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply (even if the original shipping was free).

Color Differences: A slight color difference between the artwork viewed on your screen and the actual printed canvas can occur due to variations in screen brightness, display settings, and printing processes. This is considered normal and not a defect.

Prior Communication Required: All return requests MUST be communicated to us and approved before an item is shipped back. We cannot process refunds or credits for packages that are refused by the recipient or returned to our production center without our prior notification and authorization.

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Free Shipping via UPS for all orders within the United States and Canada.

Packaging: To ensure maximum protection, all canvas wall art pieces are shipped in specialized safe wooden boxes.

Dispatch: Items usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date of completed payment.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal volume.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Insurance Your peace of mind is important to us. All Art Novel Studio shipments are fully insured. If your purchase is lost or damaged during transit, it is covered, and we will handle the resolution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Art Novel Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), especially for orders delivered to Canada.
